Receipts were 850, including 244 packer cows, bred cows and pairs, 606 yearlings and calves. Packer cows were steady to $2 higher. Packer bulls were steady to $1. Market on replacement cows and pairs were steady with a good demand. Market on steers and heifers weighing 500# and under were $3 to $5 higher. Feeder steers and heifers weighing over 500# were steady to $2 higher. The 350-550# steers were $5-$10 higher. The market was plenty high on all classes.

Market on steers and heifers weighing 500# and under was steady with active bidding.  Feeder steers and heifers weighing over 500# was steady to last week’s high market.    We had a light run today due to the snow and cold weather.
