Receipts were 2077, including 272 packer cows, bred cows and pairs, 1805 yearlings and calves. Packer cows were steady. Packer bulls were steady to $5 higher. Replacement bred cows & pairs were steady on a light test. Market on steers and heifers weighing 500# and under steady to strong. Feeder steers, bulls and heifers weighing over 500# were steady with active bidding. The better quality calves and yearlings were steady to last week’s high market. The plainer calves and yearlings were $5 lower.
