Receipts were 1636 including 402 packer cows, bred cows and pairs and 1234 yearlings and calves. We had 116 consignors and 51 buyers. Packer cows steady. Packer bulls were steady. The market on the bred cows and pairs were $75 to $100 higher. Market on steers and heifers weighing under 500# were $8 to $10 lower. Steers & heifers weighing over 500# were $7 to $8 lower. The market was lower today because no one wants to doctor cattle in the cold weather
