Receipts were 709, including 215 packer cows, bred cows and pairs, 494 yearlings and calves. Packer cows were $4 to $6 lower. Packer bulls were $3 to $5 lower. Market on replacement cows and pairs were steady on a light test on the better kind. Market on steers and heifers weighing 500# and under were steady with very active bidding. Feeder steers and heifers weighing over 500# were steady with a good demand. The market is still holding good on calves and yearlings with the packer cows & bulls a little cheaper.
