Receipts were 1410, including 294 packer cows, bred cows and pairs, 1196 yearlings and calves. Packer cows were steady. Packer bulls were steady. Market on bred cows and pairs were steady on the better quality cows. Market on steers and heifers weighing 500# and under were $7 to $12 lower. Feeder steers, bulls and heifers weighing over 500# were $10 to $15 lower. The market was cheaper today due to the board being lower every day last week and also today.
