Receipts were 1428, including 361 packer cows, bred cows and pairs, 1067 yearlings and calves. Packer cows were steady to last week’s market. Packer bulls were $3 – $5 higher. Market on replacement cows and pairs were $50-$100 higher with a good demand. Market on steers and heifers weighing 500# and under were $5 – $12 higher. Feeder steers and heifers weighing over 500# were $5 – $10 higher. We had a higher market today on all classes of cattle.
