Receipts were 1187 including 217 packer cows, bred cows and pairs and 970 yearlings and calves. We had 149 consignors and 56 buyers. Packer cows were steady. Packer bulls were steady. The market was steady on the bred cows and pairs with good interest. Market on steers and heifers weighing 500# and under were steady with a good demand. Feeder steers, bulls & heifers weighing over 500# were steady with active bidding. The market was a lot better than we expected today, with the board being down the limit all last week.
