Receipts were 1886, including 495 packer cows, bred cows and pairs, 1391 yearlings and calves. Packer cows were $2 to $3 lower. Packer bulls was $1 to $3 lower. Market on replacement cows and pairs were $50 to $100 higher with a good demand. Market on steers and heifers weighing 500# and under were $4 to $6 higher. The 500-600# steers were $3 to $5 higher. Feeder steers and heifers weighing 600# and over were $2 to $4 higher. The 650-750# bulls were $10-$15 back from the steers. The market was very active on all classes of cattle.
